What's included?
Our custom Thor Chef knife is the knife of luxury, with multiple customisable features, this is the ultimate custom chef knife.
The style is extremely versatile and a fantastic all rounder, with a 8.5 inch blade it can handle any task. Accompanied by a handle bolster and grip shaped handle, this style is here to impress.
The blade is made from high carbon Swedish stainless steel, hardened to 62 Rockwell for a longer edge retention.
(Our range of mosaic pins changes on a regular basis, this means the mosaic pins used on a knife you have ordered may not be the same as a knife seen on our website.)
This style is customisable with the following features:
- 8.5 inch blade
- High carbon Swedish stainless steel blade
- Hand filed patterns along the spine of the blade
- A handle bolster made from your choice from; stainless steel, copper or brass
